I’m Bruce Kasanoff, and my entire career has been leading up to this moment, when I can provide customized service to every one of my readers and followers.

Back in 2001, I wrote the book Making It Personal, which predicted how technology would enable companies to deliver personalized services to individual customers.

In 2013, I co-authored Smart Customers, Stupid Companies, to make the case that large companies still weren’t delivering the type of customized services that people need and want.

Then, I spent 14 years delivering that type of bespoke service to my roster of coaching and ghostwriting clients… until AI advanced to the point at which my 2001 vision is now available even to solopreneurs like me.

These days, I create AI Guides that lead you through a customized conversation designed around a single purpose that you hold. Each is precision-crafted to focus on what matters most to you.

I’ve been dreaming about this for a long time, but today’s reality exceeds my wildest hopes. It gives me great pleasure to help so many people make dramatic progress in a very short time.
